Mental Health & Masculinity Seminar/Training: This interactive seminar focuses more broadly on themes of masculinity and mental health. It engages participants in reflective exercises, dialogue and skills building sessions that draw the link between mental health and masculinity, while giving participants tools to address it in themselves and in their communities.

Healing & Accountability Skills Building Workshop

H & A is a skills building workshop that gives participants tools to explore their relationships to love, intimacy and safety. Utilizing a strength based approach, the  curriculum allows participants to  affirm the aspects of their relationships they would like to build on, address harm, and review tools that can help them and others in their communities.

Black Masculinity & Mental Health: A Skills Building Seminar

This interactive seminar is designed specifically for Black participants. It engages participants in dynamic reflective exercises, dialogue and skills building sessions that draw the link between mental health and the toxic elements of Black masculinity, while giving participants the tools to challenge it in themselves and in their communities.

Emotionally Intelligent Leadership & Social Justice

The BEAM Emotionally Intelligent Leadership training provides participants with the necessary tools that help  incorporate emotional justice, equity, and wellness  into their approach to leadership, as well as their organization’s practices and processes.
